Return Policy
Alain Pelletier will accept returns for 30 days after client receives the product. Client does not have to specify a reason for the return simply non satisfaction is sufficient Client must request return instructions.
A refund for the value of the item will be issued provided the product is in an unaltered state. The shipping / handling portion will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. If a money order was used for payment, a money order will be used for refund. A refund for an online transaction will NEVER be made with a money order or cheque.
